1 Basic questions
1.1 Do I get a tracking number for my order?

Any package sent through Canada Post will be given a tracking unless it is a small packet.

Tracking numbers will be emailed directly to you once marked as shipped.  Contact us via phone or email if you have not received tracking info after your order is marked as shipped.

1.2 What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal and most major Credit Cards that are processed through

We will do our best to have your order packed and shipped to you within 24 hours of your purchase, except weekends.  Our local post office is closed weekends.
